Simply open Riscoin through your browser and log in using your username and password (registered mobile number or email).
This backup option ensures you can manage your account anytime, even when the app is unavailable.

Part 1: Buy USDT on Coins.ph
Fund Your Account: Transfer PHP to your Coins.ph wallet via cash-in, bank transfer, or e-wallet.
Buy Crypto: Go to Portfolio, search and select USDT (Tether), then click Buy.
Confirm Purchase: Enter the amount (or tap MAX), review details, and click Buy > Confirm. The USDT will appear in your Portfolio.
Part 2: Send USDT to Riscoin
Initiate Send: In Portfolio, tap Withdraw > Send Crypto and select USDT.
Choose Network: Select External Wallet. For the Network, choose TRON (TRC20).
Get Riscoin Address: Open the Riscoin app. Go to Assets > Deposit, select USDT, and copy the Deposit Address for the TRC20 network.
Paste & Send: Return to Coins.ph. Paste the Riscoin address into the Recipient Address field. Double-check it carefully.
Enter Details & Confirm:
* Enter the amount and tap Send.
* Fill in the recipient info (e.g., "Myself," wallet name "Riscoin," purpose "Savings/Investment").
* Complete security steps (facial recognition, verification code).

Step 1: Prepare Your Coins.ph Address
Log in to your Coins.ph app.
Go to Portfolio > Deposit > Receive Crypto.
Search and select USDT (Tether).
Copy the deposit address for the TRON (TRC20) network.
Step 2: Bind the Address in Riscoin
Log in to your Riscoin app.
Go to your profile (Face Icon) > Security.
Select Bind Withdrawal Address (USDT-TRC20).
Paste the address copied from Coins.ph.
Double-check the address carefully, then click Submit.

Repeat the process for the ERC20 network:
* In Coins.ph, select the Ethereum (ERC20) network for USDT and copy the new address.
* In Riscoin, find the Bind Withdrawal Address (USDT-ERC20) option and paste the ERC20 address.
Follow these steps after your binding is complete.
Step 3: Transfer to Exchange Wallet in Riscoin
In Riscoin, go to Assets > Transfer.
Set From: Trade Account, To: Exchange Account.
Select Currency: USDT, enter the amount, and click Confirm.
Step 4: Initiate Withdrawal to Coins.ph
In Riscoin, go to Assets > Exchange.
Click Withdrawal on your USDT balance.
You may see a 10% handling fee. Enter the amount and click Confirm.
Funds will be frozen for approximately 2 -18 hours (processing times may vary) for security clearance and audit.
Step 5: Sell USDT for PHP on Coins.ph
Once the USDT appears in your Coins.ph Total Balance, go to Portfolio > Sell.
Select USDT (Tether), tap MAX, and click Sell > Confirm.
The PHP value will be added to your Philippine Peso balance.
Step 6: Cash Out to Bank or E-Wallet
In Coins.ph, go to Withdraw > Cash Out.
Choose your destination (e.g., GCash, Maya, or Bank).
Fill in the required details to complete the transfer.
Step 7: Post-Transaction Verification (BSP Requirement)
After a successful cash-out, you may need to verify the transaction through Coins.ph by providing:
